Situated in the middle of the seven body chakras, the fourth chakra acts as a bridge between the upper spiritual chakras and the lower body chakras. Its key words are “connection”, “affinity”, “wholeness”. A clear and balanced fourth chakra allows for the flow of information between your spiritual self and your mind and body. Its element is air and it governs the lungs, heart, respiratory and cardiac systems, thymus gland, arms and hands. Keeping this chakra flowing without blockages, allows for the energy of prosperity to flow throughout your aura and body.
This chakra, located right in the center of your chest, is often considered the home of your inner critic. A lot of the information presented in the book, Tame Your Inner Critic, Find Peace and Contentment to Live Your Life On Purpose, centers on removing the blocks that keep you from living a life of prosperity and ease. As we come into alignment with who we truly are, not what others think we should be, we align our energies with our Spirit – our wisest and best self. As this happens, we radiate energy of self-acceptance out into the world. As we learn to accept ourselves for the wonderful human beings that we are – we allow a flow of love, contentedness and peace to emanate from us and we become a beacon calling to us those people, events and circumstances that are in alignment, in flow, with the energies residing in our heart center.
